3rd that AMEN. However…you left out the part where the interviewee (?) is supposed to bring their friends pee in a hidden vial in case there’s a drug test…Gosh! That’s is VERY important!

It is vital that both parties are respectful, another important note: just because the interviewer may be younger than the interviewee does not mean they can be rude or act like they are not getting the opportunity they would if the recruiter is older than them!!!
